• When you apply for a role: the information you send us by email, such as your CV.
• When you visit the site: our hosting provider records standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser and the pages you request, to deliver the site and keep it secure. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies on this website.

We use your information to reply to your request and arrange a call, to consider your application, to run and protect the website, and to meet our legal obligations. If we send you updates, you can unsubscribe at any time.

Where EU or UK data protection law applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to requests and running our business, or on steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract.

03Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that work on our behalf, such as HubSpot, which stores contact requests, our website hosting provider, and our email provider. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a merger or acquisition.

We don't sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

04Where it's stored and for how long

Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires.

05Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop using it, by emailing support@geospatios.com. Depending on where you live, such as the EU, the UK or California, you may have further rights, including the right to complain to your data protection authority. We won't treat you differently for exercising them.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

This website is not directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
